Melt half of the chocolate together with the coconut oil and add to the dough. Then mix the dough with 200 ml of vegetable milk until smooth. Chop the other half of the chocolate into coarse pieces and fold into the dough.

The juicy brownies are

  • simple and fast
  • without refined sugar
  • also vegan possible
  • a great snack

Tips for the recipe

I usually use a baking dish with the dimensions 25 x 19 cm, which is perfect for smaller cakes, crumbles, etc. But you can also use a deeper baking sheet easily.

For the decoration, I used cocoa nibs. If this does not meet your taste, but you could also use quite classic simply chocolate drops or similar.

The brownies will keep at room temperature for a few days or you can pack them in an airtight container and store them in the fridge. They will keep there for up to a week.
