What is Tahini?
Tahini is an oriental sesame paste that originated in Arabic cuisine. Tahini is perfect for various dressings and sauces and is one of the basic ingredients for hummus. It also contains many minerals and vitamins, such as iron or magnesium, as well as proteins and unsaturated fatty acids. These can have positive effects on our immune system and heart, for example. So it’s worth giving tahini a try. Meanwhile, the paste is also available in many different supermarkets.
