The salad is super fruity by the orange, but at the same time very filling and creamy by the burrata. In addition, the recipe is quite simple to prepare as well as quickly made.

Orange & Burrata Salad – The Preparation Steps:
Wash arugula salad first and place in a bowl or deep plate.
Wash and chop the cucumber and bell pepper. Remove the orange from its peel and cut it into small pieces as well. Now free the chickpeas from their can and rinse well under running water until no more foam is visible.
Now spread the cucumber, peppers, chickpeas and orange on the arugula salad. Chop the walnuts into small pieces and place them on the salad as well. Take the burrata out of the package and add it to the salad too.
For the dressing, mix the flax oil, apple cider vinegar, spices of your choice and some lemon juice in a small separate bowl first, then pour it on the salad. Round off with a little balsamic cream.
