Wash and chop carrot and bell pepper. Remove chickpeas from the can and rinse well. Put everything in an airfryer for about 10 minutes at 180 °C degrees. Alternatively, you can fry the chopped vegetables and chickpeas briefly in a pan.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Add tahini paste together with one tablespoon and two to three tablespoons of water as well as spices of your choice into a blender and mix well.
