How To Prepare the Juicy Brownies
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
In a bowl, add date sweetener, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking cocoa as well as vanilla extract, and mix. Then add the eggs and mix.
Melt half of the chocolate together with the coconut oil and add to the dough. Then mix the dough with 200 ml of vegetable milk until smooth. Chop the other half of the chocolate into coarse pieces and fold into the dough.
Now grease a small oven dish with coconut oil and put the dough in it. The dough can also be covered with cocoa nibs (optional).

Tips for the recipe
I usually use a baking dish with the dimensions 25 x 19 cm, which is perfect for smaller cakes, crumbles, etc. But you can also use a deeper baking sheet easily.
For the decoration, I used cocoa nibs. If this does not meet your taste, but you could also use quite classic simply chocolate drops or similar.
The brownies will keep at room temperature for a few days or you can pack them in an airtight container and store them in the fridge. They will keep there for up to a week.
