Vegan Banana Sushi
This delicious banana sushi was an extremely spontaneous idea. Inspired by Pinterest, I got right in the car and bought the ingredients for the sweet sushi. If you are looking for a quick, healthy snack, then pay attention now!
What Is the Vegan Banana Sushi Made Of?
You don’t need much for this snack: bananas, wraps, spread, and a few toppings!
As a sweet spread I used my healthy Nutella. I personally like the combination of banana and healthy chocolate spread.
For example, you could also use some peanut butter as a spread. I imagine that also very tasty.
In addition, the toppings can be varied very well. I used walnuts, coconut flakes, sesame seeds and chopped almonds. Next time I will try cacao nibs as a topping, I imagine that also very tasty.

The banana sushi is
Vegan banana sushi: How to prepare the sub-10-minute snack
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl in the microwave.
- Lay out a whole wheat wrap. Smear the wrap either with the healthy Nutella or with a spread of your choice, e.g. peanut butter.
- Peel a banana and roll it into the wrap. You will probably have to cut off a little at the front and back so that the wrap gets the right “sushi shape”.
- Now pour the melted chocolate over the banana sushi (sparingly) and sprinkle with your toppings – e.g. walnuts, coconut flakes.
- Cut the sushi into 6 pieces and then you’re ready to enjoy!

- 0.9 oz. dark chocolate 25 g
- 1 wholemeal wrap
- 1 banana
- vegan chocolate spread/nut puree/healthy Nutella
Toppings
- e.g. walnuts, coconut flakes, sesame seeds, chopped almonds

- Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl in the microwave.
