Bake for about 30 minutes. Then let cool briefly and then the crumble can be enjoyed.

The spekulatius cookie crumble is

  • fast & simple
  • a great winter Christmas dessert
  • healthy & delicious
  • vegan & without refined sugar
  • gluten-free

You Can Replace These Ingredients

Birch sugar: Here you are actually quite free. I currently use – in addition to date sweetener – quite like birch sugar. You can find it very easily in the supermarket of your choice and can be used very well for all kinds of dishes.

Ground nuts: If you don’t have any ground nuts on hand, you can also simply grind nuts briefly in a blender. Simply mix on high speed for five to ten seconds and you have ground nuts.

But if you don’t like nuts or maybe you’re allergic, you can just use more rolled oats.
