Vegan Pancakes 1

Vegan Pancakes

Although I love my porridge for breakfast, I also like to have pancakes sometimes. These fluffy vegan pancakes are the perfect breakfast for the weekend.

I love to eat breakfast, especially on the weekend when you tend to have more time and desire for an extensive and intense breakfast. Pancakes are great for that.

Plus, it keeps them special, which I also love. Pancakes are for me weekend, sleep in and relax.

These Vegan Pancakes Are Sure To Succeed!

Unfortunately, however, I often had the problem in past times that the pancakes did not turn out well for me. Often they could be turned only very badly, stuck to the pan (despite enough oil!) and fell apart. With these pancakes, this has never happened to me.
