Instructions
Put spelt flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, agave syrup and plant milk in a bowl and blend.
Let it rest for a short period of 5-10 minutes.
Now line a pan with a little canola oil.
Use about 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Turn the pancakes after about 5 minutes.
If you like you can sprinkle the finished pancakes with a little agave syrup or something else.
