Berry Protein Shake

Today I have created a berry protein shake. I’ll be honest, I usually do not pay soo much attention to get “enough protein”. I personally do not believe that you necessarily need two grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, if you are not doing bodybuilding.

But nevertheless, proteins are a macronutrient that makes you full and of course you also need in your daily diet. That’s why I dared to try a vegan protein shake today.

What Do I Need For the Berry Protein Shake?

I have chosen frozen strawberries. But basically you can use any berry. With mixed berries, for example, it is also very tasty.

I also used a vanilla protein, however you can of course use other protein powders.

The berry protein shake is

  • low-calorie
  • high protein
  • sweet and tasty
  • fresh and berry

Recipe Equipment

Servings 1 Glass


  • 3.5 oz. strawberries frozen (100 g)
  • 1 oz. vanilla protein vegan (30 g)
  • 6.8 fl. oz. vegetable drink 200 ml
  • 3.5 oz. soy yogurt 100 g
  • 1 tsp. sweetener


  • Put all the ingredients in the blender.
  • Blend until creamy.
