The Guide To the Perfect Baked Apple Porridge

The recipe is once again quite simple: Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix. You can also exchange ingredients or leave them out!



Coat the baking dish with coconut oil and put the dough into it. Bake the apple porridge in the oven at ~ 350 °F (180 °C) for about 45 minutes until it looks nice and golden brown.

Optional: Top with cinnamon and grated coconut.

And in the end you just have to enjoy!

Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 cup apple sauce 140 g
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup oats 50 g
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 bottle of vanilla flavoring
  • 3.4 fl. oz. vanilla drink 100 ml
  • 1 tsp. agave syrup
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. flaxseeds
  • ½ tsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. chopped hazelnuts
  • 4 oz. cranberries 10 g

Topping

  • cinnamon
  • grated coconut

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend. You can also exchange ingredients or leave them out!
