Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream
Creamy, homemade chocolate ice cream – vegan and very easy to make without an ice cream maker. This vegan chocolate ice cream comes without refined sugar and with only a few ingredients.
Homemade ice cream is great as a healthy dessert in the summer or simply as a cool down on hot days. I especially love to enjoy my ice cream in a cone!
Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream – How To Make It
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until everything is well creamy.
Put the mixture in an airtight container suitable for the freezer and freeze the whole for about two to four hours. Stir occasionally to ensure a good creaminess.
Before serving, let the chocolate ice cream thaw for about 30 minutes at room temperature.

- 3 tbsp. baking cocoa
- 14 soft dates
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 0.7 oz. nut puree 20 g
