Peanut Butter Nice Cream

I already know nice creams for a few years. The basis is super simple. You only need one ingredient: frozen bananas. You can then build on this and make your nice creams as varied as possible.

I actually always have frozen bananas in the freezer. Not only for nice creams, but also for e.g. delicious smoothie bowls I find frozen bananas just great.

This time I have created a crunchy peanut butter version. Extremely tasty as a snack, much healthier than conventional ice cream, vegan and made super fast! All you need is a blender and then you’re ready to go!

Peanut Butter Nice Cream – This Is How You Prepare It

Place the frozen banana in the blender with the remaining ingredients and blend to a creamy ice cream. If you like, you can add a few chopped hazelnuts over the ice cream for extra crunch.

  • a super alternative to conventional ice cream

Nice creams can be made in all sorts of ways! For example, you could also make chocolate nice cream by adding cocoa powder and some chocolate.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable drink
  • 1 tbsp. hazelnuts

Instructions

  • Put the frozen banana in the blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend to a creamy ice cream.
  • If you like, you can add a few chopped hazelnuts over the ice cream for an extra crunch.
