Vegan orange ice pops are a super refreshment for in between. You only need a few ingredients, it is prepared in no time, can be stored very well in the freezer and is also extremely low in calories.

Accordingly, perfect for the hot summer days! And by the way very suitable for children.

Instructions for Fruity Refreshment

  1. Cut oranges in half and squeeze fresh (I used four oranges).
  2. Pour the freshly squeezed orange juice into a pot. Stir together with coconut blossom sugar, a teaspoon of lemon juice and the cornstarch.
  3. Heat while stirring. Remove from heat and let cool for about 10 minutes.
  4. Then fill into ice cream molds and freeze. It is best to freeze the ice pops overnight. However, you can also enjoy after about 2 hours in the freezer.

In hot temperatures, probably everyone longs for a cooling. But it does not always have to be the very caloric ice cream, which is pumped full of industrial sugar, preservatives and cow’s milk. The ice pops are definitely healthier version!

The vegan orange ice pops keep super in the freezer. Here it can be stored for some time and still tastes very refreshing.
