Cut oranges in half and squeeze fresh (I used four oranges).
Pour the freshly squeezed orange juice into a pot. Stir together with coconut sugar, a teaspoon of lemon juice and the cornstarch.
Heat while stirring. Remove from heat and let cool for about 10 minutes.
Then pour into ice cream molds and freeze. It is best to freeze the ice pops overnight. However, you can also enjoy after about 2 hours in the freezer.
