Kinder Country Bowl – The Trendy Layered Dessert

At the moment, the Kinder Country Bowl is probably pretty trendy, but since everyone kind of prepares it their own way, I thought I’d try my own Kinder Country Bowl!

I have already tested it a few times and it tastes really delicious! Since I am anyway the sweet or rather chocolate fan, this bowl fits perfectly to me. 😉

How Do I Prepare the Delicious Bowl?

First, I prepared the chocolate pudding:

  1. Put the dark chocolate in a saucepan with the soy milk or the milk of your choice and heat it up.
  2. After a few minutes, add the baking cocoa, cornstarch and 1/2 tablespoon of date sweetener (if you like it sweeter, you can add a little more and of course you can replace the date sweetener with coconut blossom sugar, for example).
  3. Bring to a boil while stirring.
  4. When the mixture has become a solid chocolate pudding, pour out of the pot into a bowl and place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, the other two layers can be prepared:

  1. Mix the vegan quark alternative (e.g. from Provamel) with some vanilla extract and carefully pour into a glass.
  2. Then layer with the puffed quinoa (here you could also take spelt puffs, probably they would fit even better, however, I have unfortunately not found these in the supermarket!)
  3. Take the chocolate pudding out of the fridge and put it on top as the last layer. Enjoy!

By the way, the bowl is also well suited as a meal prep! The chocolate pudding you could prepare a day before, so you only have to fill the individual layers in a glass.
