Instructions
Chocolate Pudding
Place dark chocolate in a saucepan with the soy milk or milk of choice and heat.
After a few minutes, add the raw cacao powder, cornstarch and
1/2
tablespoon of date sweetener.
When the mixture has become a solid chocolate pudding, transfer from the saucepan to a bowl and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
Prepare the Other Two Layers
Mix the vegan quark alternative (e.g. from Provamel) with some vanilla extract and carefully pour into a glass.
Then layer with the puffed quinoa
Take the chocolate pudding out of the fridge and put it on top as the last layer. Enjoy!
