The Instructions for the Simple Lemon Cake

Step One

Preheat the oven to ~ 350 °F (180 °C).

Step Two

Pour flour, baking powder, salt and agave syrup into a bowl and mix with a whisk.



Step Three

Squeeze 2 lemons and add the juice of the lemons to the mixture. Then follow – liquid, possibly heat briefly in the microwave beforehand if it is solid – coconut oil and water. Mix everything well.

Step Four

Coat the loaf pan with coconut oil and pour the dough into the form.

Step Five

Bake the cake in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes.

  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 fl. oz. agave syrup 30 ml
  • 7.4 fl. oz. water 220 ml

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to ~ 350 °F (180 °C).
