Easy Apple Crumble 1

Easy Apple Crumble

Apple crumble is something we’ve had for years at Christmas and it just never gets boring. The mixture of sweet and fruity is simply unbeatable as a dessert.

It is also super easy to prepare. This Christmas I even baked it twice and it really didn’t take much work.

How Do I Prepare the Easy Apple Crumble?

Preheat the oven to ~ 350°F (180 °C).

First, knead butter with coconut sugar, flour, ground hazelnuts, apple pulp, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and vanilla flavoring in a bowl.

Next step: core apples and cut into bite-sized pieces – I like to leave the skin on here, because that’s where most of the vitamins are!

Put the apple pieces in another bowl and sprinkle with apple juice. Then mix well!

Grease a (small) baking dish with coconut oil or butter and line the bottom with half of the dough. Then place the apple pieces on the dough and cover them with the remaining dough.
