First, knead butter with coconut sugar, flour, ground hazelnuts, apple pulp, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and vanilla flavoring in a bowl.
Core apples and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Put the apple pieces in another bowl and drizzle with apple juice. Then mix well!
Grease a small baking dish and line the bottom with half of the dough. Then place the apple pieces on the dough and cover them with the remaining dough.
Bake for 40 minutes at ~ 350F (180 °C).
Optional: Sprinkle the finished crumble with coconut flakes.
