Porridge With Roasted Apples
Porridge with roasted apple is the perfect start into a cosy autumn/winter day for me! Well warming, creamy and healthy. I also love the smell of roasted apples in combination with cinnamon and coconut oil. Hm…it tastes like baked apples and goes wonderfully well with autumn.

Porridge With Roasted Apple Is Full of Good Nutrients
As mentioned in my last porridge recipe, oatmeal is full of healthy vitamins and nutrients. Above all, they contain a lot of dietary fiber, which means that we stay full for a long time. So also a good recipe to lose weight!
But apples are also very good: they have a very high vitamin content and can even reduce cardiovascular diseases and the risk of type 2 diabetes.
