For the fruity Smoothie Bowl you just have to put all ingredients in the blender and blend until creamy. Then put them into a bowl and top them as you like.

Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 cup mango preferably frozen (120 g)
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup pineapple preferably frozen (100 g)
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1/3 zucchini 100 g
- 2.5 fl. oz. plant-based milk 75 g
- 3 dates 20 g
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy
- Pour into a bowl and top as desired
- Done!
