Vegan Granola Bars Without Sugar 1

Vegan Granola Bars Without Sugar

Do you love vegan granola bars as much as I do? I have found a great recipe that allows you to make delicious bars in no time at all. Very easy and fast! Perfect for a small snack in between. And the best: The self-made granola bars do not need any industrial sugar.

The Vegan Nut Bars as Alternative To Bought Bars

In the supermarket, there is now a large selection of bars. But unfortunately these usually hit the purse quite hard. A bar can sometimes cost over 2 euro.

You should also always take a look at the list of ingredients, because not every bar you find in the supermarket is really healthy. Often they are full of sugar or some other substance whose name you cannot even pronounce.

With homemade bars you know exactly what’s in them and they taste much fresher!

The vegan nut bars are:

  • crispy
  • the perfect snack
  • easy to produce
  • sweet

The Muesli Bar Can Be Varied Well

The ingredients can also be changed very easily, so it never gets boring. Instead of almonds, you could use cashews or walnuts, for example.

Chia seeds can be easily replaced with an extra portion of linseeds or you could add sunflower seeds if you like them.

The Preparation of the Vegan Nut Bars

Coarsely chop the almonds and roast them together with the rolled oats in a coated pan.

Meanwhile, chop the soft dates in a blender, add some water if necessary and process into puree.

Place the date puree in a bowl with the chia seeds, the crushed linseeds and pumpkin seeds.

Pour the agave syrup into another bowl and heat briefly.

Add the agave syrup to the bowl used first and mix. Now add the rolled oats and almonds.

Either line a oven dish with baking paper or use an extra muesli bar form, if available. Spread the dough evenly. Press well flat with a spoon.

Now place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. When the bars are firm, they should be stored in an airtight sealed tin in the refrigerator.

Ready! I hope you liked the recipe and will try it out. Please let me know!
