Instructions
Preheat the oven to ~ 350 °F (180 °C).
First, put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix (date sweetener, spelt flour, baking powder, salt).
Then follow with the liquid ingredients: Apple pulp, coconut oil and coconut milk. Mix with a hand mixer.
Now chop the dark chocolate into pieces and fold into the batter.
With the help of a tablespoon, form eight cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes.
