Instructions
If you don't have ground oats, grind them in a blender first. Preheat the oven to ~ 390°F (200°C).
Then mix the dry ingredients in a bowl (rolled oats, date sweetener, salt and baking powder).
Then follow with the remaining liquid ingredients (margarine, vegetable milk, vanilla extract, egg). Leave out the dark chocolate for now.
Now mix all the ingredients together, preferably with a hand mixer or in a blender.
Chop the chocolate into small pieces and fold into the batter.
Grease a small baking dish (mine had the dimensions: 7.5" x 9.8" (19 x 25 cm)) with coconut oil and pour in the batter.
Add a few chocolate pieces over the dough, if you like, and put it in the oven.
Bake in the oven for about 15
–
20 minutes. When nothing sticks to the fork, they are done!
