Instructions
Put the spelt flour in a bowl. Add the salt.
In a separate small bowl, crumble the yeast and add the lukewarm water. Stir together briefly.
Now add the yeast-water mixture to the flour and knead.
Cover the bowl and let rise at room temperature for about 1 hour.
Then preheat the oven to ~ 430 °F (220 °C).
Knead the dough well with clean hands and then roll it out.
For the tomato sauce, mix strained tomatoes with salt, a little pepper and oregano and pour on the rolled out pizza dough.
Cover with cheese and put in the oven!
Bake for about 7-8 minutes. See if the cheese has melted. This can always vary slightly from oven to oven.
