ml) plant milk with cocoa powder, ginger, cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg in a saucepan and warm it up on medium heat.
Coarsely chop the chocolate and add it to the mixture. Warm everything up.
After a short time add cinnamon sticks and cloves and let it steep.
Then remove the cinnamon sticks and cloves and pour the hot chocolate into a glass or cup.
Now froth up
