Now mix the oats, cinnamon, chopped walnuts and date sweetener in a bowl.
Then follow with the liquid ingredients. First, crack the egg in a separate small bowl, making sure no bits of shell have fallen into the bowl with it.
Then add the egg as well as the plant milk of your choice, the vanilla extract and a teaspoon of coconut oil to the batter. Stir until a firm dough is formed.
Now follow with the blueberries. If the blueberries are fresh, rinse them first, then fold them into the batter.
Then grease an oven-proof bowl with a little coconut oil and pour the batter into the bowl.
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, until the ends are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool briefly, then you can enjoy!
