Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl in the microwave.
Cut the Medjool dates lengthwise and pit them.
Now fill with peanut butter and 1 to 2 peanuts each.
Either dip the dates completely in the melted chocolate or top the dates with the chocolate.
Then place the dates on a plate, cover and place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. After that you can enjoy them!
