Strawberries, as mentioned above, best to defrost about 20 minutes before. However, if you want it to go faster, then briefly put in the microwave and defrost so that the berries are no longer complete lumps of ice.
Now add the remaining ingredients to the blender: Strawberries, coconut yogurt, banana, vanilla extract. Leave out the chocolate for now. Blend everything well until creamy and pour into a bowl.
Melt the chocolate - I actually always do it in the microwave. Then pour over the bowl and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
