Instructions
Preheat the oven to ~ 350 °F (175 °C).
Put the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix.
Remove two bananas from their skins and mash them in a deep plate with a fork.
Put the canola oil and the agave syrup with the banana paste into a bowl and mix.
Add the mixture to the dry ingredients and mix with a hand mixer.
Line a box form with baking paper and pour the dough into it. Now lightly press half a banana onto the dough.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Then remove from the oven and let it cool down.
