Cut sweet potato into long sticks and keep the skin on. Now place the sweet potato sticks in a bowl of water for 5 minutes.
Dry the chips well with a kitchen towel. Now put them into a freezer bag. Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil briefly in the microwave so that it becomes liquid.
Put the liquid coconut oil and 1 tablespoon of starch in the freezer bag. Add the desired spices as well.
Close the freezer bag and shake well.
Place the French fries on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Spread them out as much as possible so that they all turn evenly golden brown.
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown. After half the time, turn the French fries well.
