First cut the lemon and orange in half and squeeze the juice.
Cut the ginger into pieces.
Put the juice of the lemon and the orange and the ginger in a blender. Add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or agave syrup and 1 teaspoon of curcuma powder. You can also use a pinch of pepper and some oil, for example linseed oil, to increase the bioavailability of the turmeric!
Add about 8.5 fl. oz. (250 ml) of water and mix everything well. For those who prefer it without the pulp, I would recommend pouring the mixture through a fine sieve afterwards.
