Instructions
Finely chop the onions and garlic clove into pieces. Wash the vegetables and cut into pieces.
First fry the onions and the clove of garlic in a pan.
When the onions and clove of garlic are lightly browned, add the chopped vegetables and fry briefly.
Then add approx.

ml) vegetable stock, tomato paste and a shot of red wine. You can also use a little more broth.
Now let it simmer on medium heat until the vegetables are soft.
Season to taste with spices of your choice and that's it!
