Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Coarsely chop the nuts. Mix all dry ingredients (oats, nuts, pumpkin seeds, coconut chips, ground flax seeds, dates, dried cranberries and pineapple) in a bowl. Add some salt and cinnamon.
Now heat the coconut oil together with the sweetener, for example maple syrup (I heated it in the microwave) until it is liquid.
Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and mix everything well.
Now put everything on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Bake in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes. After about 15 minutes, mix everything again well so that it is golden brown.
When everything looks crispy brown, take it out of the oven and let it cool down. Then put them into an airtight container. Ready!
