Instructions
Chocolate Pudding
To do this, add the dark chocolate to the mixing bowl and grind on 10 seconds/speed 8.
Then add the raw cacao powder, cornstarch and
1/2
tablespoon date sweetener and bring to the boil for 7 minutes/210 °F (100 °C)/speed 4 .
Place the pudding mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
Prepare the Other Two Layers
Mix the vegan quark alternative (e.g. from Provamel) with some vanilla extract and carefully pour into a glass.
Then layer with the puffed quinoa
Take the chocolate pudding out of the fridge and put it on top as the last layer. Enjoy!
