Instructions
Preheat the oven to ~ 350°F (180°C).
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl: Rolled oats, ground nuts, birch sugar, spekulatius spice, salt and cornstarch.
Then add the vanilla extract, lemon juice and coconut oil (or margarine, depending on your choice) and knead with (freshly washed!) hands.
Put the frozen berries in a baking dish (dimensions: 7.5" x 10" (19x25 cm)). Cover with the crumble dough and put it in the oven!
Bake for about 30 minutes. Then let cool briefly and then the crumble can be enjoyed.
