For the base, first mix the oat flour, date sweetener, coconut oil, peanut butter and a little vanilla extract in a bowl and knead into a uniform dough.
Now pour the dough into a small mold or onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread it relatively flat on the bottom.
Now bake for about 8–10 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the second layer. To do this, simply mix peanut butter with a teaspoon of sweetener, e.g. maple syrup.
When the dough is relatively firm, you can take it out of the oven and let it cool down. Now spread it with the peanut layer.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave and then pour it over the peanut layer. Now put it in the freezer for about 15–30 minutes.
