Instructions
Bring the oats to boil in a saucepan together with the soy drink, water and a pinch of cinnamon. Stir occasionally.
Core the apple and cut into bite-sized pieces. Coarsely chop the nuts. Mix them in a bowl together with a teaspoon of cinnamon and agave syrup.
Heat coconut oil in a pan. When the coconut oil has melted, add the apple-nut mixture to the pan. Fry until golden brown.
Put the porridge in a bowl and cover with the apple-nut mixture from the pan. Done!
