Cook the couscous according to the package instructions.
Meanwhile, wash, clean and chop the vegetables, herbs and orange.
Mix everything together with the couscous. For the dressing, add a tablespoon of olive oil, apple cider vinegar and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
If you like, you can now let the salad sit in the fridge for a few minutes, but it can also be enjoyed immediately!
