Add spelt flour, salt, yeast and water to Thermomix and knead at 3 minutes/dough mode.
Transfer from the Thermomix into a bowl and let rise for 1 hour at room temperature.
Then preheat the oven to ~ 430 °F (220 °C).
Knead the dough well with clean hands and then roll it out.
For the tomato sauce, add the strained tomatoes with salt, a little pepper and oregano in the Thermomix and mix for 10 seconds/ speed 3. Then pour onto the rolled out pastry.
Then cover with cheese and put in the oven!
Bake for about 7 minutes at ~ 430 °F (220 °C). Check if the cheese has melted. This can always vary slightly from oven to oven.
