Instructions
Wash and clean the red cabbage, carrot and apple and cut them into coarse pieces. Then put them in a food processor.
Briefly roast the pine nuts in a pan. Then set aside.
Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Now add them to the food processor together with the walnuts, parsley, basil and

tablespoons of raisins.
Mix everything briefly.
Cut the orange into small pieces and add it to the salad.
For the dressing, simply mix everything together. Pour it over the salad and mix well. Done!
