Remove the chickpeas from the can, put them in a sieve and rinse thoroughly under water.
Squeeze the lemon. Remove the garlic clove from the skin and chop it coarsely.
Now put the tahini together with the chickpeas, the lemon juice, the garlic clove and the spices in a blender and puree until creamy.
Then add a small (!) shot of water, because otherwise the hummus would be too dry. Push the mixture down from the blender walls and blend again until creamy.
When everything is creamy, you can remove the hummus from the blender. Done!
