Instructions
Mix the chia seeds with water and leave to swell in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Now put the oats, the ground almonds, flour, coconut oil, almond paste, sweetener and vanilla flavoring in a bowl and blend with a hand mixer.
Now add the chia seeds and blend together.
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for one hour.
After the hour, preheat the oven to ~ 350 °F (180 °C).
Then form crescents with your hands and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Bake the vanilla crescents in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Optional:
Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
