Instructions
Preheat the oven to ~ 350 °F (180 °C).
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until a relatively firm dough is formed.
Portion the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (the dough makes about 8 cookies).
Bake in the oven for 8 minutes and they are ready!
