First, mix the creamy coconut milk, coconut flakes, coconut oil, coconut blossom sugar and vanilla extract as well as salt in a bowl.
Now, either use a granola bar mold - like I did (highly recommended if you make your own bars often, by the way!) - or simply knead the bars into shape yourself by hand.
Place in the freezer for one hour.
Melt chocolate either in a water bath or the microwave.
Take the bars out of the freezer and dip them completely into the melted chocolate. Let dry briefly and they are ready to go!
