In a bowl, add date sweetener, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking cocoa and vanilla extract and mix. Then add the eggs and mix.
Melt half of the chocolate together with the coconut oil and add to the batter. Then mix the dough with 6.8 fl. oz. (200 ml) of vegetable milk until smooth. Chop the other half of the chocolate into coarse pieces and fold into the batter.
Now grease a small oven dish with coconut oil and pour the dough into it. The dough can also be covered with cocoa nibs (optional).
Bake for about 20 minutes and then let cool. Enjoy!
