Instructions
Coarsely chop the almonds and roast them together with the rolled oats in a coated pan.
Meanwhile, chop the soft dates in a blender, add some water if necessary and process into puree.
Place the date puree in a bowl with the chia seeds, the crushed linseeds and pumpkin seeds.
Pour agave syrup into another bowl and heat briefly.
Add the agave syrup to the bowl used first and mix. Now add the rolled oats and almonds.
Either line an oven dish with baking paper or use an extra muesli bar form, if available. Spread the dough evenly. Press well flat with a spoon.
Now place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
When the bars are firm, they should be stored in an airtight sealed tin in the refrigerator.
