Ich muss ehrlich zugeben, dass ich die letzten Monate doch etwas zu \u201cbequem\u201d geworden bin und sehr oft bereits fertigen Hummus aus dem Supermarkt gekauft habe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An sich v\u00f6llig in Ordnung, jedoch l\u00e4sst sich Hummus so einfach selbst herstellen \u2013 und so wei\u00df man auch direkt, was drinsteckt.<\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_4a10c1-92, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_4a10c1-92[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_4a10c1-92\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_4a10c1-92 mark, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_4a10c1-92[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_4a10c1-92\"] mark{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"kt-adv-heading_4a10c1-92 wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_4a10c1-92\">Hummus mit Koriander \u2013 so einfach einfach bereitet ihr ihn zu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kichererbsen aus der Dose nehmen und unter laufendem Wasser in einem Sieb gut abwaschen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese in einen Mixer geben. Danach Tahin, 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Sojajoghurt und Gew\u00fcrze nach Wahl hinzuf\u00fcgen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Zitrone halbieren und die H\u00e4lfte auspressen. Nun alles gut mixen. Eventuell noch ein zweites Mal mixen, bis alles gut vermischt ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Hummus aus dem Mixer entnehmen und in einen Beh\u00e4lter umf\u00fcllen. mit z.B.
