Meine Gro\u00dfeltern kamen am Wochenende zum Kaffee und Kuchen vorbei und ich hatte Lust, einen veganen Cheesecake auszuprobieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ganz spontan habe ich mich dann also in die K\u00fcche gestellt und was gezaubert. Und tats\u00e4chlich ist er ziemlich gut gelungen!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Kuchen ist sehr cremig und schmackhaft geworden und hat sogar meinen Gro\u00dfeltern sehr gut geschmeckt. Erst danach solltet ihr ihn aus der Form nehmen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Cheesecake h\u00e4lt sich im K\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr einige Tage. Du k\u00f6nntest ihn auch einfrieren und im Gefrierschrank aufbewahren.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der vegane Cheesecake mit Blaubeerso\u00dfe schmelzen.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Eine Zitrone auspressen.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Den veganen Frischk\u00e4se zun\u00e4chst mit einem Handr\u00fchrer cremig mixen. Den veganen Skyr hinzuf\u00fcgen und wieder mixen.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Nun Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker, den Saft der ausgepressten Zitrone und die Margarine hinzugeben und ebenfalls cremig mixen.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Speisest\u00e4rke hinzuf\u00fcgen und weitermixen.
